Catalogue which accompanied an exhibition of photographs by Adrian Ginsberg entitled ”Corfu – The Other Side” held at the Museum of Asian Art in Corfu from 26 June 2015 to 28 February.

The book contains 156 powerful black and white images taken by Adrian Ginsberg in Corfu over a period of sixteen years.

The photographer discovered that underlying the picturesque beauty of the island the Corfiot heart continues to throb and that Corfiot life meanders on with all its traditions, rituals and activities, posing recurring questions of a universal nature and suggesting deeper ponderings on many aspects of life.

All this he sought to capture in his profound and deeply moving photographs.

He has captured with his camera the magic realism of a latter day Prospero.
